Not very exciting, but then entertainment isn't the point :-) My
current plan is to follow this for another week, take the week of
Thanksgiving off, and see how my hips are feeling then.
I'd try waving the load, Jim - it's works better for getting results.
You might try on 1 set of each some days and see if you can get 3 sets
once or twice a week. You could also superset for another kind of
variety - one set up pullups, 1 wall handstand, rest, repeat.
