Re: Training Week Ending 11 September 2011

I would like to thank MU for making me cranky enough to actually get
this done. It is not much, but at least I finally got in a planned
workout. Even better, I have already got in my workout for today.

w00t! Two workouts in a row.

* DONE Light ROP <2011-09-10 Sat>
- Easy Snatches 24kg for 5 minutes 60 snatches.
- Clean and Press 32kg 5 singles in each hand.
** Notes
It was good to finally get back into exercising. I have been
pushing this off forever. The presses were easy, the snatches were
surprisingly hard, and my glutes, hamstrings, and traps were sore
afterward.
