wall handstand 60 seconds

Sunday
pullups 5 x (3+5+7)
suspended roll outs 2x5
suspended pushups 2x5
wall handstand 2 x 60 seconds

Pretty much a repeat of last week. Saturday I drove to Logan and back,
so I moved the heavy day to Sunday.
