Wednesday
c&p ladders 20kg 5 x (1+2)
swings 20kg 100 in 7 minutes

Thursday
ballet class 90 minutes

Saturday
c&p ladders 20kg (1+2), 2 x (1+2+3), 2 x (1+2)
swings 20kg 160 in 12 minutes

Still showing a few signs of the flu, this thing really doesn't like to
to away.
