Saturday (variety)
windmills 16kg alternating singles 5 each side
ballet class 90 minutes
getups 20kg alternating singles 10 each side

Sunday (medium)
C&P&pullup ladders 16kg (1-2-3-4) x 5
swings 20kg 60 in 3 minutes
