regarding weight lifting / muscle building..
are there any decent protein alternatives to Dairy and Meat... Either in powder and/or food ?
I have psoriasis and flare up pretty bad with those 2 groups. (eggs & fish are ok though)
Whey protein seems to flare my P the most.
any help is appreciated.
