If she wants to keep her muscle, she needs to eat essential amino acids
and the best way to get those is to eat meat, eggs or dairy DAILY.
Trust me, I know. I eat a shit ton of protein.
I think I know the problem. 'shit' protein is poor quality. you should try
eating 'meat' protein
