ross is a monster. has a couple good conditioning books available for
very reasonable prices too, and (since steve is in this thread)
they're kind of the opposite of pavel's books in that they're
relatively cheap in information dense. (not that i have anything
against pavel, but daaaamn, his books just are not good deals).
