Did my follow up with the doctor today, saw my lab's and had my diabetic
eye test.

All of my blood work is great:
cholesterol 161
sugar 141
AND my prostate has gone from 77 to 21 something's. I take Flomax and I
added Saw Palmetto. They are saying it is unheard of, they retested me
with three doctors to be sure.

My eyes are fine. no damage at all

Feet are find with good pulse.

So, made another year and I asked to go back in Feb.

I MUST WORK ON MY SUGAR. I will. I will get my sugar down and keep it at
120, so mote it be!


doing well Burr - just shows you stick to your program -
what sort of diet are you following? - low carb?
