Bent-Over Rows 1 set to failure
Bench Press 1 set to failure

Friday
Deadlift 1 RM

Saturday
Deadlift 1 RM

Sunday
Deadlift 1 RM

I find that doing deads all out for 1 rep helps my arthritic fingers (I
hold
on to the heavy barbell for 15-20 seconds).

What a foolish thing to do to your back. You will pay for this routine and
pay dearly.
