What do I eat?



I am trying to avoid carbs
So can't eat rice, bread, legumes
I am trying to avoid acid forming foods
So can't eat meat, cheese, eggs, legumes
I am trying to avoid oxalates (give kidney stones)
So can't eat almonds, peanuts, spinach, tea

So what can I eat that will give me enough protein, yet low in carbs and not
acid forming?? And with enough calories so I don't waste away?
