Is it best to do these as consecutive sets(Press, LR, FR) and then
repeat, like a 5x5 of a mix instead of doing 5x5 press, 5x5 LR, 5x5
FR.
Makes no difference, really. By doing them superset/circuit style,
particularly by pairing FR + LR or press + UR, you'll be able to rest
each muscle a little more efficiently than if you did staight sets,
which could be good.
