Better than nothing, I reckon. But, yeah, if you don't do it with more
frequency it's hard to make progress and to make it part of your life.

Then again, according to this article, when you're in or approaching
geezerdom, maybe the better choice is intensity over frequency:

This was an interesting article. Speaking as a 52 year old man who has been
invovled in athletic endeavors (powerlifting, bicycle racing, 10k runs,
short triatholons) I can say the only difference between the way I train now
and how I trained when I was younger is I have to pay much closer attention
to recovery time. Well..that and I tend to get injured easier and it takes
longer to heal.
