each bodypart. Get it done in 60 to 90 minutes and then finish with
more cardio.
Keep reducing calories until you start losing two pounds each week.

I agree with the above. I had a disgusting roll of fat on my chest and got
rid of it with a combo of fairly intense cardio and fullbody weight
workouts. Also, I found that I burned more calories when I did my cardio
first because it helped keep my HR elevated during my weight session (based
on my Suunto HR monitor) than when I did the workout vice versa. You may not
grow as much but I think it helped me drop the weight faster while getting
the muscle under all that fat better defined. I cut my calories some but
what worked for me was to burn a helluva lot of them. It took me over a year
to drop 60 lbs because I wasn't in that big a hurry but I went from obese to
looking pretty fit.
