Hi,
I worked out seriously in my mid-20s but haden't done so for about ten
years when 5 months ago I resumed working out hard (3 days on, 2 days
off). Tons of protein and complex carbs, lots of sleep. Pretty happy
with the results so far, definitely gaining and getting stronger.
I wanted to ask for feedback on my back routine, 4 sets to exhaustion
on (in this order):
T-bar row machine
Rear delt machine (which I know mostly does rear delts, some
trapezius)
Pullups (wide grip)
Pull-downs (wide grip)
Hyperextensions
Dead-lifts (on leg day)
Note: I really want to avoid bent-over rows if possible.
Thanks for any thoughts.
Why pull-downs after pullups - just do more pullups.
