Here in the New World, we have a new invention called insurance. My
out-of-pocket expense for each crown...including all the work...is
less than $100 USD. I need three of them.

I'm just a <tittering Sparky> male nurse <Sparky wink winking>, so, my
employer pays most of my health, life, and disability insurances, and
retirement account, in addition to the six figure pay, but, it's not a
manly man job like Sparky washing the butter spills off the movie
theater floors, so, I am suffering. Truly I am.

Sparky doesn't know who he is dealing with - I met a male nurse once -
strong as a bull. This male nurse would tear your head off if you so much as
snickered about his handbag and mesh shirt (italian couturier)

Yes you are very lucky about dental insurance - we have it here but they
only pay around half each invoice and there is an overall limit - like if I
hit $4000 in dental costs they would pay half and then there is a cut off so
no more cover
