Anti-fat shots take a jab at your flab.

In the procedure often referred to as Lipodissolve, injectable fat
removal, or injection lipolysis, a mixture of drugs is injected into a
site on the body where someone wants to reduce fat. The shot can
theoretically be used just about anywhere, whether it's on your love
handles, thighs, chin, abs, arms, or under your eyes.

Sounds to me like this is just another form of liposuction - inject a mixture of chemicals to break apart the cells and emulsify the fat within them and then suck it out with a lipo machine. It's not a 'shot' as is the common connotation of the word.
