I have posted here in the past and mentioned my horrible eating
habits, which is a combination of:
1. Being on the road for work from Mon - Friday (so I cannot cook
those days)
2. And to be honest, steak, hamburgers, etc just taste better (in my
opinion) than salads or fish.

But I decided to TRY to eat a little better.
When I travel, breakfast is either at the hotel or at the company
cafeteria.
Lunch is usually at the company cafeteria (your typical corporate
cafe), dinner is usually a chain restaurant with coworkers.

Here is an example of my meals this week.
Mon:
Breakfast - had to catch a 6am flight, so ate some hashbrowns and OJ
at the airport.
Lunch - Hamburger at cafeteria
Dinner - TGI Fridays - Jack Daniels chicken with mashed potatoes and
broccoli

Tues:
Breakfast - bagel with peanut butter and some pineapples (from hotel)
Lunch - Cheese steak from company cafe
Dinner - Applebees - Chicken and Broccoli pasta alfredo

Wed:
Breakfast - bagel with peanut butter and a yogurt (hotel)
Lunch - Cheese burger
Dinner - Outback Steakhouse - Drovers platter (chicken and ribs)

Thurs:
Breakfast - Cheese omelet from company cafe and tator tots
Lunch - Pizza
Dinner - iHop - Scrambled eggs and corned beef hash

Fri:
Breakfast - yep, bagel with peanut butter
Lunch - Chipotle Mexican Grill - Tacos
Dinner - Sweet and sour chicken from a Chinese takeout place
(airport)

First off, how are my meals? Horrible?

For those of you familiar with the places I ate at, what are some good
alternatives from the menu?
You can probably tell my food tastes by my meals this week, so I am
not sure if there are healthy alternatives that are similiar to what I
eat.

Thanks

Dude...

I don't even know where to start with that mess. :-(

If I ate like that, I'd weigh 300 lbs. plus by now.
