"Stabinelli" <what happens if you forget to breathe properly, strain when
lifting, get
a headache and are kind of light-headed for a while? How long before itgoes
away? Will the fogginess and lightheadedness go away eventually? Or willit
require brain surgery? I'm serious. This happened to me one day last week
and I haven't been the same since.
You probably had a brain aneurysym and there is a blood clot that was caused
by your heavy straining. When it has finished working it way to your brain
you will either go blind or have a major stroke. Another possibility is that
the clot will find a weakness in the membranes of your brain and become a
tumor.
You should check into your local hospital and request a CAT scan whenever
you strain like that at the gym. A it takes is one time and you are dead. It
is better to be safe than sorry.
Only recently I was tapping my foot really hard and I got a brain spasm
which caused my hand to start jerking under the stall next to me.
