Fitness. Machines are pretty much in order by body part. Eg, first
three are leg press, leg extn, ham curl, after which is chest press,
then shoulder press. I did circuit training long ago and IIRC the
machines alternated upper and lower body parts and that seems to be
the better way. Is there are any rhyme or reason for the setup at
24-Hr?
Yes, this setup is scientifically proven to discourage newcomers from
coming back to the gym despite the expensive membership they just
purchased.
