People who don't like hard training seem to find these things useful.
I remember a quote from a traditional trainer, commenting on the
stability ball fad, "people who need stability training are inherently
unstable to begin with".
I don't think the concept is wrong, it's just that adding a stability
ball to wussified exercises and routines doesn't do a whole lot to
change their character.
