Weightlifting and eating late at night. Good or bad?



Common advice is not to eat for hours before bedtime because the meal is
more likely to be turned into fat while you sleep. Does this advice apply to
people doing heavy weight training? Seems that if muscle is gained during
rest, it would help to eat latr in the evening. Comments? Studies? TIA.
