Go to YouTube and search for 'powerlifter bench press' and check out how
they arch their back and stick their chest up in the air as far as
possible. They get a range of motion of about a foot, and consequently
lift a lot more than they would if their back wasn't arched and they were
pressing the weight a longer distance. Maybe some breast implants would
help you decrease your range of motion? Falsies would serve too.

You could try one of those fancy powerlifters' bench shirts, but they may
take some getting used to. False breasts are your best bet. Make sure
you get the ones with the thick nipples.
