Please help! Im 6'1" and weigh only 160lbs. Im a runner who runs
about 10 miles a day. I also do cycling for my crosstraining. Being
that I weigh 160lbs I still can NOT get the flat tummy with any type
of definition. Im a bit concerned by dropping more weight to achieve
this goal. Right now I do not do any type of gym work as I only run,
bike, and use the swiss ball for core workout. How can I achieve this
flat tummy?

Find heavy things, move them, and run a little bit less. You might also
consider reading the book "Chi Running" for ideas about running posture
and technique that require a strong core.

Find heavy things. . .move them . . . that is so boring now - it's
been done to death and it isn't funny anymore. Please in future say
"lift weights" - it is shorter and not so boring

Yes, but maybe you just want to *push* something without moving it. I
pushed my car around the other day. It seemed like a lot of work, but
I didn't lift anything.

You also might want to pull something heavy. Or maybe even throw
something heavy.

I wouldn't suggest tying something heavy around your waist and then
trying to swim.

Sound observations Jason . . . . but, you are messing with the messer . . .
If you look up 'weight lifting' you would be referred to 'weight training' and there you go.
But 'find heavy things . . .move them' that's the sort of thing Dally used to say when she thought she was being clever . . spare me!

Jason

I am pushing as much as I can. At times when I pick stuff off the rack I'm not sure I can do it but I try as many rep's as I can. It hurts but I stay big, I like that!
