I have a lot of wrist pain too...
Mostly from doing too much typing.

I cut back a bit on my internet lists and that helped.

So do reverse wrist curls and rubber band extensions.

Ibuprofen is a godsend...

Have you tried those "High Tect" mouse pads? They have a 1" rise at the back
to hold your wrist up!

My mousepad has a riser. It's the typing that's doing it.
My left wrist hurts more than my right wrist and I mouse with my right
hand.
