On goals. On genetics. On special supplements. (And this isn't what

think. The evidence is using drugs means you should work groups less
frequently.)
Als on age. Also on what else is going on in your exercise life, and
your life in general.

2-3 times per week is a good general guideline for hypertrophy. Every
day is a good guideline for strength.
