How are they with dumbbells?
Its OK with dumbbells if I haven't done preacher curls that week. I've
noticed better gains with the preacher curls over dumbbells. Maybe my
forearms aren't developed enough.. I have intentionally left them out of my
workout to make my upper arms look more proportionate. Forearms are about
14" with biceps 17". Not exactly what I want. But maybe this ratio will get
better as I gain more. i hope.
