ephedra products?

I've been searching online, and it looks like ephedra-containing products
are not allowed in Oregon. I was planning on ordering some bronkaid from
drugstore.com, but they won't ship it here. Does anyone know what the law
is for Washington? Is it simply a matter of showing ID, or do they just not
sell it at all?
