Excellent.

I wouldn't call it excellent. Good, but not excellent. Making a comedy
about a depressing boring character is a fundamental film no-no. This
movie is a great example why. Other than that, it was well done.

Except that it wasn't a comedy.

Here's the general rule: if the movie stars someone generally known for
comedies...Will Ferrell, Robin Williams, Steve Martin...don't assume it's
a
comedy.

I studied film for 3 years in college. I think I know what a comedy is.

I studied getting laid for 5 years in college. Doesn't make me an expert, no
matter how many satisfied women insist that I am!

I keep trying to enroll in that class but it is always full.
