Its normal for your arm to go numb if you cut the circulation off. You know
how your arms go numb at night if you lay on them?
Well, after I do an intense upper workout then my arms go numb much more
easily at night, just by bending my arms in the smallest way, the damn
things go numb.
This wears off a couple days later (by the time I do the next workout on the
arms). Anybody get this? My cardiologist said it doesn't have anything to do
with my heart.
What's going on? Its annoying. I'm afraid this doesn't sound good. And damn
it, my new year's resolution was to get bigger arms.

Try some mineral supplements, particularly Magnesium.
How much alcohol do you imbibe?
