Well, after I do an intense upper workout then my arms go numb much more
easily at night, just by bending my arms in the smallest way, the damn
things go numb.
This wears off a couple days later (by the time I do the next workout on
to doarms). Anybody get this? My cardiologist said it doesn't have anything
damnwith my heart.
What's going on? Its annoying. I'm afraid this doesn't sound good. And
it, my new year's resolution was to get bigger arms.

Try some mineral supplements, particularly Magnesium.
OK - will try it
How much alcohol do you imbibe?
Only drink on new years
btw, I'm getting T shots and been doing a lot more upper work lately. My
arms go numb when I'm laying on my back, even with my arms just slightly
bent. The numbness is everywhere, triceps, biceps, forearm.. anywhere I
exercised intensly that day.
Thanks
Richard
