I wish to set up my personal home gym and I'm not sure about how to compose
it.
My idea is :
- POWER RACK (POWERLINE is sold at a fair price but what about quality?);
- FLAT/INCLINE/DECLINE BENCH;
- BARBELL / DUMBBELL OLYMPIC SET;
_ I don't know if I should take the optional LAT ATTACHMENT for the POWER
RACK or not ....
Wha t do you think about the composition and the brand (POWERLINE)?
Any advice?
Thanks a lot you all,
Sax
The lat attachment is a personal preference type of thing. Some folks like
them, some don't.
Just make sure that if you do get it, that it does not interfere with the
normal exercises that you would do within the basic power rack. Some of the
lat attachment assemblies get in the way.
Yeah, the attachment that was available for my rack looked like it
would be in the way, so I didn't get it. My lats seem to do fine with
just rows and chins. And by "lats seem to do fine" I mean I still can't
squeeze my upper back into dresses that fit the rest of me.
