Be carefull not to cut the calories too much. There is a mechanism, millions
years old, that will slow down tme BMR when calories are restricted, and the
body will feed the fat cells as much as possible, so you can survive.

Try Cardio 6 times a week, with one heavy workout.
Or cardio 5 times a week, split the body in 2. Dont go below 2000 Kcal.
Trust me.
