On the same note..I haven't altered my routine at all.
Should I be doing different excercises when cutting? That doesn't make
too much sense to me but I'd be curious if someone thought otherwise?
I don't know if it works the same for Liberals as it does for Conservatives,
so you may not want to take my advice. I've also heard that male Liberals
should apply the principles of what a Conservative woman would use in
regards to kcal calculations, etc. That should be pretty close.
But when cutting, I shoot for 3 - 5 sets of 10 -12 reps in whatever I'm
doing. Also, I don't at all focus on increasing my strength / weights, but
rather simply on keeping what I have. Which is tough, and most likely not
be possible if you cut a bunch. I'm down 11 lbs in two months currently,
and I've lost ssome trength. I'll stay with this for another four lbs or so
and then level off.
