The thing is is that I hate stimulant supplements. I have never tried the ECA stack though, does that avoid the jittery scatter brained side effects of other fat burners?
Um, let's see: put ephedrine and caffeine together... however could THAT cause jitteriness? (smirk)
If you want to start stacking you should ramp up slowly, maybe start with 8 mg ephedrine and a cup of coffee.
Any general cutting advice would be much appreciated!
