Evertime to lift heavy, you run the risk of getting an injury. Free
weights or machines.
Which is why i trainr elatively heavy, but never use excessive
weights.
I stopped doing flat benches more then a decase ago.
I used deads *for a while* to bring out the lower back and traps a
bit.
I use both free wights and machines.
I NEVER had an injury, nor do my joints hurt or anything...
