You're like the online version of Flex Magazine, with all the bb'ing
mythology included, but you seem so happy and pleasant, it's hard to
work up the energy to argue :)

achemmm..be careful David, I play Dirty and have a way of making people
forget that there was any argument. <wink> emmm...so let me add
something if I may... I never said that Vitamins, Minerals and
antioxidants weren't important. I keep Hi Health in Business... and of
course did not give a complete list of proper nutrition...also please
forgive the simplicity of my post ( not to mention the spelling errors,
Curt put that red pencil Down! ').. Anyway, I have always found it more
beneficial when speaking with the general public that you start out
simple and gradually add the scientifics later.. you want people to
achieve their goals, you do not want to overwhelm them with
complexities... one step at a time..one day at a time..once the concept
is grasped it makes for greater successes for more people sticking with
their programs and attaining the little goals that accumulate to a huge
one in time... Good Night David.... I am pretty much incoherent right
about now...ZZZzzzzzzzzz... Purrrrsssss the Pantherrrrr :-))
