does eating more protein cause irregularity?



Don't laugh! I'm serious. Since I've started eating whey protein, I've
been...erm...plugged up. I eat around 100g per day, but maybe that's too
much. I do all the right things - 25g of fiber per day, tons of water,
exercise, blah blah blah. Still, I'm only "going" like 2-3 times per week.
I'm having to resort to very uncomfortable measures. And when you take
those little pills, you have very little control over when the urge finally
hits...and hopefully it's not halfway between las vegas and the grand
canyon.

I don't even know if it's the protein. But that's the biggest dietary
change recently.
