Yeah.
It's called a "balanced diet".
You can increase protein intake with no problems as long as you don't
neglect your high fiber veggie intake.
If all else fails, take some metamucil on a daily basis.
So far, I've not had to resort to that, but I happen to _like_ greens
with my meat.
