I just joined a gym again. I have to take off between 20 to 30 pounds
of fat. Is there a good tutorial online on what kind of weights I
should lift? How much? How about cardio?
I also have to get my cholesterol down.

Any online training manuel would be of great help.

The best program is the one you will follow for a lifetime - take your
time, ease into lifting, be mindful of what you eat, and do not listen
to anyone who tells you there is only one way to do what you need. Any
combination of more exercise and better, lesser eating should do the
trick.

I like what I do, and you can read more about it at the site below if
you're interested.

Thanks for the feedback and for the link!
I'm looking forward to getting lean and mean. ;)
