Re: Can someone give me a recommondation?

Ok, this is getting out of hand. JMW let me clear this up for you. I am
part owner of HQ Health and Fitness in Seattle, Wa. Our powerlifting
team has won the WABDL powerlifting world championship 4 out of the
last 5 years. It's a farily good possibilty that I know more about
powerlifting and weight training than you do, but even if not lets
examine what I ACTUALLY did.

1. I asked some questions so that I could answer more accurately.
2. Since I didn't get any specific information about goals and
objective I gave accurate, but general advice.
3. If you took a moment to read, I am not trying to sell any vitamins;
I promote a marketing course that helps people WHO HAVE ALREADY BEEN
JIPPED by Don Lapre, or who are thinking about starting the business to
make some money with the program. Should they join the marketing
program, someone else will try and sell them vitamins
4. I'm sorry about the audio on the site, that's what happens when you
let someone else take over the design of your website; you'll notice it
no lnoger plays automatically.
5. Your animosity is a clear sign of some larger underlying issue. It's
not like I posted some huge graphic that lagged out the page you were
trying to read. My guess is your either roided up, or are some pencil
neck 175 lb. weakling trying to give exercise advice to people who can
already perform as well as you. Either way, you really should figure
out a way to CALM DOWN.

Yeah, SpamBoy, somebody definitely needs to get over himself. So
you think you're entitled to spam us because you "invest [your]
time"? You give the guy the same advice everyone has given here for
years -- get a decent power rack, plus an Olympic set, an adjustable
bench, and adjustable dumbbell handles -- and because you just
arrived here to spam your vitamin scam, now you're "investing your
time"?

Still, there is a huge difference between including a web address and
an email address in the signature part of the post and spamming. Yes,
the advice was generic, but then again so was the question. You
acknowledge that his advice was solid, and it's pretty clear that the
purchase of a power rack doesn't have anything to do with vitamins, so
I don't see your point. Unless, of course, these particular vitamins
happen to be so evil that the mere mention of the web site should be
taboo. I clicked on the link and it started some sort of audio
presentation that was so annoying that I quickly closed the link. I
was curious, but not that curious...

Personally, I tend to find web addresses to be helpful. Believe it or
not, one of the reasons that I come to this newsgroup is that I am in
the market for "fitness" equipment and supplements. Heck, I've even
purchased stuff from people here at mfw. Not to mention the fact that
some mfw regulars have websites that are actually useful.

I repeat: eat *** and die.

I'm pretty sure that eating human feces is worse for you than eating
Steve's /special/ vitamins.

There's a limit to niceness, Jason. You have reached it. Allow me to
make some important points:

[1] Steve's site is not just a personal commercial enterprise. He is
an MLMer. The autostart audio file is annoying, but I can turn down
the sound long enough to read the "MAKE MONEY" and "MILLION$ ALREADY
PAID"... he's not only a spammer but also a SCAMMER.

[2] The URL's are helpful? You didn't know the URL for T-mag? Have
you been living under a rock? And the URL for equipment? Google,
Jason. Look around. If you buy something just because some guy posted
the URL for it, you're a moron. Oh, wait ... you bought a DragonDoor
kettlebell and an overpriced user manual ... never mind. (If you want
a good power rack, look long and hard for a Northern Lights -- one of
the best home models I have ever used.)

[3] Steve appeared in this group a day or two ago and started
dispensing simple advice solely for the purpose of promoting his MLM
scam. He then defends his actions by saying that if he is going to
"invest" his time in answering questions, he should be able to promote
his business. What a crock of crap.

There really *are* people you shouldn't treat nicely, Jason.
