But that was allready pointed out i Curt, i believe.
It IS possible, but very difficult...
The least you should do, if you are thin and want to gain weight, is to
split up the body into lower/upper body.
If you do a full body routine, then do squats, rows, dips and overhead
presses. If you insist.
Dont spend much longer then 1 hour in the gym.
Try to get stronger on EVERY movement, and gradually eat more.
I have tried a full body routine but seem to get uninterested, bored, and
the routine is, well, routine. I am motivated, but just knowing that
everytime i go to the gym i will be completely the same type workout
unmotivates me.
I would like to know if anyone suggests any alternative workouts to the
Full Body for my goals. Thanks! I can get to the gym anywhere between
3-5 days a week.
Why do people insist on doing a full body body workout if you can go to the
gym 5 days a week?
