Do you do incline presses? I have shoulder pain at times and flat
bench presses tend to aggravate it if I do it too much. I have found
that for me incline presses aren't as painful and they still translate
over to the bench when I workout at it. I also do the fly machine and
dips. I maxed at bench last night and it had increased even though I
don't lift at bench very often.
