You're right. There are numerous (moderated) internet forums now
that have replaced this ng. Find one you like and sign up.
Usenet for exercise help is dead.

Proud of yourself?

Sure. "Locker" is the chief spokesman for the web forums. He claims
to know more about powerlifting than Keith Hobman, and says that he's
a world-class 275-pound powerlifter. He claims that he knows more
about blood pressure monitoring than David Cohen. And when he argues
with me, he authoritatively cites methods used by "most football
coaches" to dispute findings in recognized scientific literature.

Who can argue with someone like that?

I had a severely autistic teenage patient who put his head through a half
inch plate glass window.

He could argue with Locker.

David

Ouch.
