i see your point. i just have goals in mind and i have certain
tools available to accomplish them. i understand you realize that
yes i have problems. but thats kind of the whole point of me
wanting to find answers here -- so i can get better. i dont think a
small amount of weight in between meals was out of the question.
btw -- i never had carpal tunnel surgery. i'll gladly give up if
people think i shouldn't do anything. but really, shouldn't you
have addressed that post to ME and criticised her intelligently in
your reply ? no offence.
