Hey, Dally, thanks for your response.
I just posted a response to Ari's post where I was asking about the positioning for the side (oblique abdominal) work...as I posted there, I'm guessing that's by putting a hip on the pad and wedging your feet under the foot brace bar and then doing something like trying to bring your chest to your hip that's not on the pad?

Ah, I live in a house and I'm single with no kids, I can clutter this
place from one end to the other with whatever I want (and I have a good
track record of doing just that <grin>). And since I do a fair bit of
welding and have a shop...I'm just gonna build the thing myself. Some
2x2 tubing, padding, paint, and so forth. No big deal. I'll have it
done in half a day or so. It won't be powder coated, but it'll be
shiny white and look good enough. Keeps me off the streets (and at
nearly 300 bucks I can save a ton of money and enjoy my metal working
hobby).
Fair enough. Sounds like my husband and wood working. He loves to dream up projects to start. :-)
Thanks again for your response.
No problem.
Dally .
