I was 13.11 (87.5) on the scales on Monday after a very 'social'
weekend, today I am 13.5 (84.8), and this is a quite common
occurrence.

I know Monday's weight is due to bloat and fluid retention, but it is
a lot of weight and can be as much as 10 lbs difference some weeks.

It has never bothered me particularly as long as it comes off, and I
know my metabolism is good provided I pay attention to retention of
LBM, but it is a nuisance that I have to deny myself for five days of
the week, in order to keep control.

I have a number of friends, both male and female, whose lifestyles are
almost identical, yet they have no such dramatic fluctuations.

Go figure, as you Yanks are wont to say.

How's it going Om? ;o)
