Spice up your life

What I have found is...

- Use mineral salt only (in stead of sodium)
- Use fructose on artificial sweeteners only (stevia rulez)
- Use mainly virgin turnip rapeseed oil (sparayable too)
- Eat a lot of protein (1-1,5g/lb ie. 2-3g/kg)
- Eat a reasonable amount of slow fibrous carbs
- Eat your fish oil (capsules)
- Use salt free spice mixes (find your favorites)
- Use sprayaple

It will be much easier to stick to your dies if you know how to spice
up your tuna, fish, chicken breasts (skinless), turkey, low fat red
meat, pasta (high fiber) or what ever you eat.

My personal favorites...

- saltless Chili pepper mix with garlic
- saltles pepper mix with garlic

I stuff these to everything!

Sparay a thin coating of virgin rapeseed oil (if you can find one) on
your non-stick teflon pan before frying your food!

As for carbs, eat them judiciously! Meaning, eat guite a little of the.
Remember, carbs are meant to fuel you weight treining (or other heavy
activities). So use them for energy only. If you are not doing anythin
heavy, you do not need carbs either.

Eat very small amounts, but more before and after weight training.
These carbs are needed for energy and for filling up the muscle
glycogen.

Fast carbs promote insulin release and insulin is the enemy, much more
than fat. Insulin stores any excess energy (most notably fat) as fat.
Furthermore, it makes you lethargic. Furthermore, it does not supress
your apetite, it does the opposite.

So stick to protein abd some healthy oils. And of course lots of
colourful veggies, berries and fruits.

Of note: Brain uses carbs as energy too, so you need some sugars or you
might become somewhat dumb. Brain uses suprisingly lot of energy if you
are thinking hard.

Make yourself a favor and find your favorite spices.
That´s all folks
