Seems like yesterday I was just graduating from college.
Now I'm 43 and having to really pay attention to my health....
My normal blood pressure for YEARS has been about 110/60 but over time,
it's been creeping up there. When it hit 130/90, I decided to really
concentrate on the cardio and get stricter about low carb.
I do 30 to 40 minutes of cardio now 4 to 5 days per week at the gym.
Lifecycle.
Last doctors visit it was 100/70.
:-)
My resting heart rate is back down from 110 to about 95.
Still gotta work on that!!!!!!
I might give those aminos a shot. Thanks for the thread!
