Eat more greens, drink more water. QED.

You probably have a small chronic "fissure" that tears when you strain.

I've had one for years and as long as I eat a high fiber diet and keep
my water intake up, it's fine.

IMHO it's no big f-ing deal.

If you are really concerned, you may want to double check everything
with your doctor.

Alfolfa sprouts and dried fruits are a good natural laxative.
